We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Who We Are
OLIVIAT Autonomy is a Queensland-based software development business operating at oliviat-autonomy.com. We build custom mobile applications, websites, and workplace automation solutions. We also develop and sell standalone software products, including LockStick Pro.

What Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form on our website we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your message
This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is transmitted to us via Resend (a transactional email service) and delivered to our internal inbox. We do not store your form submission in any database beyond that email.
LockStick Pro — Licence Purchase
When you purchase a LockStick Pro licence, payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Stripe collects your email address and payment details directly — we never see or store your card information.
After a successful payment, Stripe sends your email address to us via a secure Vercel webhook. We use that email address for one purpose only: to deliver your unique licence key to your inbox. The email address is not added to any mailing list, marketing platform, or third-party service.
Stripe's own privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics platforms that profile individual users. We do not collect:
- Browsing history or behavioural data
- Device fingerprints or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Any information from children under the age of 16
How We Use Your Information
Personal information is used only for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact form submissions — to reply to your enquiry
- LockStick Pro purchase email — to send your licence key and nothing else
We will not use your information for any secondary purpose without your explicit consent.
Data Storage and Security
Contact form submissions are received as emails and stored in our secure business inbox. Licence delivery emails are processed by our Vercel backend and Resend; no permanent record of your email address is retained in our systems beyond the email sent to you.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only service providers that receive your data are:
- Resend — transactional email delivery (contact form replies and licence key emails)
- Stripe — payment processing for LockStick Pro (governed by Stripe's own privacy policy)
- Vercel — hosting and serverless functions; processes webhook data in transit only
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information
- Request that we delete your information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
